Annual inspections by a specialist<\/p>

We carry out the periodic, annual inspection of your crane professionally and at a competitive price, and if necessary we initiate the required steps to ensure the safe operation of your crane and compliance with legal regulations.<\/p>

3.1 Daily inspection by the crane operator<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The employer is responsible for ensuring that the safety-relevant elements of the crane are checked for proper functionality by the crane operator on a daily basis usually at the start of work. The scope of this inspection is determined by the manufacturer's specifications. If defects are identified during the inspection, they must be repaired by a crane specialist before any lifting operations are carried out with the crane. If manufacturer specifications are unavailable, the Suva guidelines (Order No. 88180.d for mobile cranes or Order No. 88179.d for tower cranes) can serve as a standard for the inspection.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3.2 Annual inspection by a crane specialist<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If the crane is in use, the entire crane structure must be subjected to an inspection (functional and visual check) by a crane specialist at least once a year. The scope of this inspection is determined by the manufacturer's specifications. T\u00e4gliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung 3.1 T\u00e4gliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung durch den Kranf\u00fchrer Der Arbeitgeber ist daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, dass die sicherheitsrele- vanten Elemente des Krans durch den Kranf\u00fchrer t\u00e4glich – in der Regel bei Arbeitsbeginn – auf ihre ordnungsgem\u00e4sse Funktion \u00fcber- pr\u00fcft werden. Massgebend f\u00fcr den Umfang dieser \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung sind die Angaben des Herstellers. Werden bei der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung M\u00e4ngel festgestellt, sind diese durch einen Kranfachmann beheben zu lassen, bevor mit dem Kran Hebearbeiten ausgef\u00fchrt werden. Wenn Angaben des Herstellers fehlen, k\u00f6nnen die Anleitungen der Suva (Best-Nr. 88180.d f\u00fcr Fahrzeugkrane oder Best.-Nr. 88179.d f\u00fcr Turmdrehkrane) als Massstab f\u00fcr die \u00dcber- pr\u00fcfung dienen. J\u00e4hrliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung 3.2 J\u00e4hrliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung durch den Kranfachmann Wenn der Kran verwendet wird, so ist die ganze Krankonstruktion mindestens einmal j\u00e4hrlich einer \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung (Funktions- und Sicht- kontrolle) durch einen Kranfachmann zu unterziehen.
